# FDA Denies Claims Its Staff May Watch Only Fox News

FDA reportedly has been ordered to replace CNN with Fox News broadcasts on internal video monitors across its White Oak, MD campus, but the agency is denying the allegation and indicated that various news channels are broadcasting in common areas around campus. Apparently, a screenshot of an internal FDA email detailing the change to Fox was posted on [Twitter](https://twitter.com/thackerpd/status/860507247608287232?ref=fdaweb.com) and [picked up ](https://blogs.wsj.com/washwire/2017/05/05/cnn-and-fox-news-fight-for-tv-supremacy-at-fda-headquarters/?ref=fdaweb.com)by the *Wall Street Journal.* “There was no directive or memorandum from the Administration that went out to employees about broadcast news channels displaying on monitors in common areas throughout the FDA’s White Oak campus,” an FDA spokesperson has told several media outlets.
