Six Wilson Sonsini attorneys say FDA enforcement actions were featured in the Justice Department Civil Division’s Consumer Protection Branch’s (CPB) first-ever “recent highlights” report. In an online post, the attorneys [say](https://www.wsgr.com/en/insights/doj-civil-divisions-consumer-protection-branch-features-FDA-enforcement-actions-in-its-first-ever-annual-recent-highlights-report.html?ref=fdaweb.com) (includes link to report) the report “gives some insight into the enforcement trends companies can expect in the future as CPB’s enforcement activities continue to ramp up.”

In the slightly over a year covered by the report, the attorneys say, the CPB resolved cases resulting in $6.38 billion in payments to the U.S. and victims.
