FDA has lifted its 9/4 clinical hold on Cellectis’ UCART 123 product candidate Phase 1 trials in acute myeloid leukemia and blastic plasmacytoid dendritic cell neoplasm. “Cellectis is currently working with the investigators and clinical sites to obtain institutional review boards’ approval on the revised protocols and resume patient enrollment,” the company says.
