# FDA Lifts Clinical Hold on Unum Therapy

FDA has lifted a partial clinical hold against a Unum Therapeutics Phase 1 trial (ATTCK-20-03) involving ACTR707 in combination with rituximab in patients with CD20+ B cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma. The partial hold was initiated on 3/4 following the company’s submission of a safety report on one patient in the trial who experienced a Grade 3 serious adverse event that was being evaluated as a possible new malignancy and was considered to be possibly related to the therapy. Following the submission of a response to a request for information from the agency, the hold was lifted. The company says the antibody-coupled T-cell receptor is an autologous engineered T-cell therapy that combines the cell-killing ability of T cells and the tumor-targeting ability of co-administered antibodies to activate antitumor immune responses.
