FDA presiding officer **Celia Witten** says she expects an FDA advisory committee hearing on whether agency approval for Covis’ Makena (hydroxyprogesterone caproate injection) should be withdrawn will be held 10/17-10/19\. The hearing dates are included in a [letter](https://downloads.regulations.gov/FDA-2020-N-2029-0219/attachment%5F1.pdf?ref=fdaweb.com) to attorneys for CDER and Covis providing the questions to be posed to the committee and the schedule for submitting briefing materials for the hearing.
