# FDA Offers List of Drugs Eligible for ANDAs

*Federal Register* notice: FDA has recently determined that a list of drug products were not withdrawn from sale for reasons of safety or effectiveness. This determination means that the agency will not begin the process to withdraw approval of ANDAs that reference the products, and it will allow the approval of new products that refer to these as long as they meet relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
