FDA Permanently Debars Analay Rico

Federal Register notice: FDA is issuing an order to permanently debar Analay Rico from providing services in any capacity related to an approved or pending drug product application. FDA bases the order on Rico’s 8/2022 guilty plea related to her role as a clinical research coordinator at Tellus Clinical Research. According to the plea, Rico and her co-conspirators caused false information to be entered in clinical trial subject case histories to make it appear that subjects had, among other things, satisfied eligibility criteria to participate in the studies.
