FDA Publishes ‘Right to Try’ Information

FDA has posted online information about the Right to Try Act that was signed into law 5/30/18. “This law is another way for patients who have been diagnosed with life-threatening diseases or conditions who have tried all approved treatment options and who are unable to participate in a clinical trial to access certain unapproved treatments,” the post says. It says FDA’s role in implementing the law is largely focused on its obligations outlined in the law, which are limited to receipt and posting of certain information regarding Right to Try use.
