# FDA, Reagan-Udall Foundation Creating Expanded Use Repository

FDA and the Reagan-Udall Foundation are creating a “central repository or clearinghouse” where useful and relevant information on the expanded access process could be stored in one place — a “one-stop-shop” for physician and patients, according to a blog post by CDER *deputy director for science operations *Richard Moscicki*. On 7/12, the agency is having an* [educational webinar](http://www.fda.gov/AboutFDA/WorkingatFDA/FellowshipInternshipGraduateFacultyPrograms/PharmacyStudentExperientialProgramCDER/ucm506611.htm?ref=fdaweb.com) to help stakeholders become familiar with the new application form. In addition, CDER recently released a guidance on a new expanded access application[ Form FDA 3926](http://www.fda.gov/downloads/Drugs/GuidanceComplianceRegulatoryInformation/Guidances/UCM432717.pdf?ref=fdaweb.com), [a guidance](http://www.fda.gov/downloads/Drugs/GuidanceComplianceRegulatoryInformation/Guidances/UCM351261.pdf?ref=fdaweb.com) with Questions and Answers on expanded access, as well as [a guidance](http://www.fda.gov/downloads/Drugs/GuidanceComplianceRegulatoryInformation/Guidances/UCM351264.pdf?ref=fdaweb.com) directed at industry addressing questions on charging patients for investigational drugs.
