# FDA Releases 3 Drug Safety-Related Label Changes

FDA has published three drug safety-related labeling changes affecting two drugs. Changes were approved for Novartis’ [Gleevec](https://www.accessdata.fda.gov/scripts/cder/safetylabelingchanges/index.cfm?DrugNameID=300&event=searchdetail.page&utm%5Fmedium=&utm%5Fsource=) (imatinib) in the Adverse Reactions section and Pfizer’s [Rapamune](https://www.accessdata.fda.gov/scripts/cder/safetylabelingchanges/index.cfm?DrugNameID=1016&event=searchdetail.page&utm%5Fmedium=&utm%5Fsource=) (sirolimus) in the Drug Interactions and Warnings and Precautions sections.
