FDA Seeks Contractors for Drug Performance Automation

FDA is soliciting proposals for effective artificial intelligence systems that can assist it with imaging technologies for drug products. The solicitation says potential contractors are asked to submit proposals for non-invasive, high-resolution imaging technologies with artificial intelligence-powered analytics to measure drug performance and develop deeper analyses.

Some of the required features of a potential system include generating three-dimensional images and segmented images and producing data on drug performance and behavior.
