FDA Sets BsUFA Enhanced Review Meeting

FDA will hold a 3/22 virtual public meeting to discuss the final assessment of the Program for Enhanced Review Transparency and Communication in BsUFA 2 (Biosimilars User Fee Act). An agency notice (includes links to interim assessment and registration information) says the program goal is to promote the efficiency and effectiveness of the first-cycle review process and minimize the number of review cycles needed for approval. The final assessment follows a 12/2020 interim assessment.
