FDA has updated its “Digital Health Policies and Public Health Solutions for Covid-19” Web page. An agency [statement](https://content.govdelivery.com/accounts/USFDA/bulletins/31550af?ref=fdaweb.com) says the [update](https://www.fda.gov/medical-devices/coronavirus-covid-19-and-medical-devices/digital-health-policies-and-public-health-solutions-covid-19?utm%5Fmedium=email&utm%5Fsource=govdelivery): 

- provides examples of software functions identified in guidances issued during the Covid-19 public health emergency;
- reflects policies and legislation currently in effect, including the software provisions of the 21st Century Cures Act; and
- identifies many software functions that are not regulated as medical devices, including some that may be useful in the Covid-19 response.
