# FDA Updates REMS List

FDA says changes have been made to the list of approved REMS (Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategies). The [updates](http://www.accessdata.fda.gov/scripts/cder/rems/index.cfm?ref=fdaweb.com) include: 

- Ariad’s Iclusig REMS modified to update data on incidence of arterial occlusive and venous thromboembolic events;
- Endo’s Xiaflex REMS modified to remove the communications plan and make other changes;
- Novo Nordisk’s Xultophy REMS approved;
- Aegerion’s Myalept REMS revised to correct a typographical error;
- Baxter’s Extraneal REMS modified to add two glucose monitoring manufacturers to the REMS and make other changes; and
- Alexza’s Adasuve REMS revised to change the application holder’s name or address.
