# FDA Warns 17 Web Sites Illegally Selling Opioids

FDA has sent Warning Letters to the operators of 17 Web sites for illegally selling unapproved and misbranded opioids. The [letters](https://www.fda.gov/inspections-compliance-enforcement-and-criminal-investigations/compliance-actions-and-activities/warning-letters?ref=fdaweb.com) went to alpharoyalpharmacy.com, beststeroidstore.net, bluepillmedications.com, buydrugsmedsonline.com, genericpharmacyusa.com, greenrxpharmacy.com, klasiekpharmacy.com, lekapharma.com, mega-pillspharmacy.com, melanopharmacy.com, roidsforce.com, rxeasymeds.com, skylimitpharmacy.com, Thomas Meds, uspharmacyshop.com, and xsteroids.com.

FDA says that misbranded opioids are those offered for sale without a prescription or without adequate directions for use. It says the products offered through the Web sites included tramadol and oxycodone.
