# FDA Warns 6 Firms on Unapproved Fat-Dissolving Drugs

FDA has sent Warning Letters to six companies responsible for introducing unapproved fat-dissolving injectable drug products into interstate commerce. The companies were told to respond with a list of specific actions they have taken to ensure they no longer sell these unapproved drugs.
