Federal Register notice: FDA has issued an order permanently debarring **Raidel Figueroa** from providing services in any capacity to a person that has an approved or pending drug product application. The debarment is based on Figueroa’s 8/2022 guilty plea and conviction for his role as CEO of Pharmatech and the company’s distribution of adulterated drugs and records falsification.
