# Former CDER Product Quality Director Joins Parexel

Former CDER Office of Process & Facilities director **Robert Iser** has joined Parexel as vice president of regulatory consulting services, where he will help clients avoid market delays due to compliance or quality problems. Iser spent more than 15 years at the agency. Most recently, he was responsible for reviewing product quality and assessing manufacturing processes and pre-approval inspections. He also was responsible for developing and implementing chemistry, manufacturing and controls guidance. Prior to joining FDA, Iser spent seven years in the pharmaceutical industry managing quality systems, and supporting manufacturing process development, scale-up, and validation.
