# FY 25 OTC Monograph Facility Fees Set

FDA has published a *Federal Register* notice with the OTC monograph drug facility fee rates under the OTC monograph drug user fee program for FY 2025, which started 10/1/2024 and runs to 9/30\. The [notice](https://www.federalregister.gov/public-inspection/2025-04860/over-the-counter-monograph-drug-user-fee-program-facility-fee-rates-for-fiscal-year-2025?utm%5Fmedium=email&utm%5Fsource=govdelivery) says the monograph drug facility fee is $37,556 and the contract manufacturing organization fee is $25,037\. The fees support the agency’s OTC monograph program.
