FDA has published a Federal Register notice with the OTC monograph drug facility fee rates under the OTC monograph drug user fee program for FY 2025, which started 10/1/2024 and runs to 9/30. The notice says the monograph drug facility fee is $37,556 and the contract manufacturing organization fee is $25,037. The fees support the agency’s OTC monograph program.
