FDA says the 12/19/22 GE Healthcare recall of its nuclear medicine system is Class 1\. An agency [notice](https://www.accessdata.fda.gov/scripts/cdrh/cfdocs/cfres/res.cfm?id=197811&ref=fdaweb.com) says the company reported that a mitigation may not be correctly implemented, meaning that the detector could fail and lead to life-threatening bodily injury.
