Glenmark Seasonal Allergy Spray Approved

FDA has approved a Glenmark Specialty NDA for Ryaltris (olopatadine HCl and mometasone furoate) a fixed-dose (metered) nasal spray for treating seasonal allergic rhinitis symptoms in adults and pediatric patients 12 years of age and older. Each nasal spray unit contains 665 mcg of olopatadine HCL, a histamine-1 receptor inhibitor, and 25 mcg of mometasone furoate, a corticosteroid, according to the company. The combination drug will be marketed and distributed in the U.S. by Hikma Specialty USA.
