FDA has approved Grifols’ Erytra Eflexis, a benchtop analyzer that performs pretransfusion compatibility testing. The device uses [DG Gel](https://c212.net/c/link/?t=0&l=en&o=2340631-1&h=2867824236&u=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.diagnostic.grifols.com%2Fen%2Fdg-gel-system&a=DG+Gel%C2%AE&ref=fdaweb.com) [technology](https://c212.net/c/link/?t=0&l=en&o=2340631-1&h=484345150&u=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.diagnostic.grifols.com%2Fen%2Fdg-gel-system&a=%C2%A0technology&ref=fdaweb.com). “Interchangeable sample and reagent linear racks allow easy, continuous loading of cards, reagents and samples,” the company says. It features “real random access with a capacity of up to 200 cards, 72 samples and 46 liquid reagents.”
