# GSK Wins Expanded Use for Jemperli

FDA has approved a GSK supplemental BLA for Jemperli (dostarlimab) in combination with carboplatin and paclitaxel, followed by single agent Jemperli for treating adult patients with primary advanced or recurrent endometrial cancer that is mismatch repair deficient (dMMR), as determined by an FDA-approved test. Approval was based on data from the RUBY trial, which showed that the Jemperli and chemotherapy combination demonstrated a 71% reduction in disease progression risk.

Jemperli is also currently approved in the U.S. as monotherapy in adult patients with dMMR recurrent or advanced endometrial cancer that has progressed on or following a prior platinum-containing regimen in any setting and are not candidates for curative surgery or radiation.
