Guide on ANDA Complete Response Letters

Federal Register notice: FDA has made available a draft guidance entitled Failure to Respond to an ANDA Complete Response Letter Within the Regulatory Timeframe. The document is intended to assist applicants in responding to ANDA complete response letters. In addition, this guidance recommends information an applicant may submit in its request for an extension to respond to such letters as well as a list of some factors that FDA will consider in determining whether such a request is reasonable.
