Guide on ANDA Reconsideration Requests

Federal Register notice: FDA is making available a final guidance entitled “Requests for Reconsideration at the Division Level Under GDUFA.” The document provides recommendations on the procedures for ANDA applicants who choose to pursue a request for reconsideration within the review discipline at the division level or original signatory authority. It is based on agreements reached under the most recent reauthorization of the Generic Drug User Fee Amendments, and clarifies which matters are appropriate for requests for reconsideration.
