*Federal Register* notice: FDA has made available a final guidance entitled “Bacterial Vaginosis: Developing Drugs for Treatment.” The document is intended to assist sponsors in the clinical development of such drugs. Changes incorporated in the final guidance include clarification about the timing of the primary efficacy endpoints, which are based on the intended treatment duration and the half-life of the topical or systemic drug.
