*Federal Register* Notice: FDA is making available a revised guidance for industry entitled *Requirements for the Submission of Data Needed to Calculate User Fees for Domestic Manufacturers and Importers of Tobacco Products; Small Entity Compliance Guide'* for the final user fees rule published 7/10/14 and for the new user fees regulation.
