# Homeopathic Products Recalled Due to Lack of Controls

MBI Distributing has recalled all lots of its homeopathic Teething Drops, Nausea Drops, Intestinal Colic Drops, Stomach Calm, Expectorant Cough Syrup, Silver-Zinc Throat Spray, and Argentum Elixir. The drug products have been found to be manufactured with a lack of adequate controls, according to a [recall notice](https://www.fda.gov/Safety/MedWatch/SafetyInformation/SafetyAlertsforHumanMedicalProducts/ucm608254.htm?utm%5Fcampaign=Homeopathic%20Products%20by%20MBI%20Distributing%3A%20Recall%20-%20Due%20to%20a%20Lack%20of%20Adequate%20Controls&utm%5Fmedium=email&utm%5Fsource=Eloqua&elqTrackId=e0d19863bd014870a2b064a236819c00&elq=fe199bc941ed4a03af7797ed040ad8b4&elqaid=3602&elqat=1&elqCampaignId=2750). “Manufacturing products without proper process controls increases the probability that products will vary in strength, quality and purity,” it says. The notice also warns that using these products could result in an adverse reaction, especially in vulnerable populations such as infants and children.
