Individualized Therapeutics Workshop Transcript Out

CBER has released the transcript from the 3/3 public workshop on facilitating end-to-end development of individualized therapeutics. At the workshop, CBER senior scientist Gopa Raychaudhuri said the session would focus on individualized therapeutic products regulated by CBER, specifically gene therapies and phage therapies.

“We work in close collaboration with our colleagues in CDER, who are very active in this space to facilitate development of antisense oligonucleotide products for patients with rare diseases,” she said.

The workshop addressed issues and concerns dealing with manufacturing, nonclinical development, clinical development, and product access.
