Info Collection on Customer Service Surveys

Federal Register notice: FDA is seeking comments on an information collection extension entitled “Customer/Partner Service Satisfaction Surveys.” Agency regulations give it authority to conduct research and public information programs about regulated products and its responsibilities. The collection also supports Executive Order 12862, “Setting Customer Service Standard,” that directs federal agencies to “survey customers to determine the kind and quality of services they want and their level of satisfaction with existing services.” To view the notice, click here.
