Info Collection on Drug Supply Security

Federal Register notice: FDA is seeking comments on an information collection revision entitled “Pharmaceutical Distribution Supply Chain; Drug Supply Chain Security.” The collection helps support agency regulations that govern the pharmaceutical distribution supply chain. The agency says it has revised Form FDA 3911 (notification of illegitimate products) and the instructions for completing the form, to add a new field requesting information about the geographic location of the incident that is the subject of the notification.
