Info Collection on Expanded Access Form

Federal Register notice: FDA has submitted to OMB an information collection revision entitled “Expanded Access to Investigational Drugs for Treatment Use.” The collection supports electronic Form FDA 3926 “Individual Patient Expanded Access Investigational New Drug Application (IND).” The form requires the completion of data fields that enable the agency to collect the minimum information necessary from licensed physicians who want to request expanded access (also known as compassionate use).
