*Federal Register* notice: FDA has submitted an information collection revision on medical device Class 2 special controls for human immunodeficiency virus serological and nucleic acid diagnostic and supplemental tests. The special controls would require the submission of a log of all complaints annually for a period of five years following FDA clearance of a traditional premarket notification (510(k)) submission for a device within the scope of the proposed order.
