Info Collection on Rapid Response Surveys

Federal Register notice: FDA is seeking comments on an information collection extension entitled “Rapid Response Surveys” (OMB Control Number 0910-0500). The collection supports these surveys FDA conducts to determine whether a problem impacts the public health and to quickly obtain vital information about risks and interventions. Participation in the surveys is voluntary, and respondents may include medical product manufacturers, and dietary supplement, food additive, and cosmetic makers, among others.
