Federal Register notice: FDA has submitted to OMB an information collection revision for “Special Protocol Assessments.” A guidance under the same title describes procedures for sponsors to request special protocol assessments and for FDA to act on such requests. It provides information on how FDA interprets and applies provisions that established protocol assessments associated with the development and review of user fee products.
