Inhibrx Posts Positive Phase 3 Results for Ozekibart

Inhibrx Biosciences is reporting favorable data for treating chondrosarcoma with its antibody therapy ozekibart (INBRX-109). New data from the Phase 3 ChonDRAgon trial showed the therapy met the primary endpoint in advanced or metastatic, unresectable disease. According to the topline data, treatment cut the risk of progression or death by 52% compared with placebo, producing median progression-free survival of 5.5 months versus 2.7 months, the company says.

Inhibrx says the benefit was consistent across predefined subgroups, including patients with and without IDH mutations. Key secondary measures, such as disease control rate and patient-reported outcomes related to pain and physical function, also favored the drug. Chondrosarcoma has no approved systemic therapies, it says, creating a potentially accelerated path for the company’s planned BLA, targeted for the second quarter of 2026.
