Laing Permanently Debarred by FDA

Federal Register notice: FDA has issued a debarment order permanently debarring Euton M. Laing from providing services in any capacity to a person that has an approved or pending drug product application. The action is based on Laing’s 8/2019 conviction for criminal conspiracy against the regulation of a drug product. A judgment was entered against him in western Kentucky federal court after his plea of guilty to one count of conspiracy to distribute, with intent to defraud and mislead, misbranded drugs dispensed by Meds 2 Go, Inc.
