**Bodyhealth.com**, Clearwater, FL (12/9/2020) An FDA review of the company’s Web site ([*www.bodyhealth.com*](http://www.bodyhealth.com/?ref=fdaweb.com)) has determined that marketed products (“Healthy-Thin Energize,” “Body Detox (Oral Spray),” and “Omega 3 Health”) are new drugs based on their product claims. The letter instructs Bodyhealth to notify the agency on specific steps taken to correct the violations.
