FDA has posted its latest batch of Warning Letters that includes one medical product company. It can be accessed by clicking on the link following the summary below:  
  
**PYRLess Group**, Amarillo, TX (2/25): FDA has reviewed the firm’s Web sites ([*https://drfitt.com*](https://drfitt.com/?ref=fdaweb.com)and [*https://drfittinfo.com*](https://drfittinfo.com/?ref=fdaweb.com)) and various social media sites and determined its dietary products are considered unapproved new drugs because they are intended to mitigate, prevent, treat, diagnose, or cure Covid-19\. The letter said that claims on the sites establish the intended use of the products and misleadingly represent them as safe and effective for treating or preventing Covid-19\. It also said that an online advisory letter was issued 11/2018 about claims about the products’ use for treating Alzheimer’s disease, cancer, and influenza. The agency told PYRLess to take immediate action to address the cited violations.
