Kelley-Ross Compounding Seattle, WA (7/30): FDA inspected the firm 7/2017 and cited it for serious deficiencies in its practices for producing sterile drug products. During the inspection, FDA investigators noted that drug products produced by the firm failed to meet drug compounding exemptions. For example, the agency noted that the firm did not receive valid prescriptions for individually-identified patients for a portion of the drug products it produced. FDA investigators also noted that drug products intended or expected to be sterile were prepared, packed, or held under insanitary conditions.
