Nutra Solutions USA, Deer Park, NY (9/12): FDA inspected the dietary supplement manufacturing facility in March and cited significant GMP violations. For example, the firm failed to establish product specifications for the identity and purity of the finished batch of dietary supplement that it manufactured. Nutra Solutions also failed to establish an identity specification for each component that it uses in manufacturing dietary supplements.
