# Latest FDA Warning Letters

Today FDA posted its latest batch of Warning Letters that contained one medical product letter. It can be accessed by clicking on the link below.

  
**Targeted Medical Pharma** Los Angeles, CA (3/29): FDA inspected the firm’s clinical site 6/2016 as part of its Bioresearch Monitoring Program and cited it for failing to submit an IND for conducting clinical investigations with an investigational new drug. According to the letter, the company said the product being tested was a “medical food used to treat the nutritional deficiencies associated with pain and inflammation,” and that it had not intended to file an NDA. However, the letter rejected this argument because it said the product was intended for treating an undisclosed condition that meets the definition of a drug.
