Hetero Labs Limited Hyderabad, India (8/15): FDA inspected the firm’s facility 12/2016 and documented significant GMP violations for finished pharmaceuticals. For example, the firm failed to thoroughly investigate any unexplained discrepancy or failure of a batch or any of its components to meet any of its specifications. Specifically, investigations into process deviations and out-of-specification laboratory results are found to be insufficient and do not include scientifically-supported conclusions.
