Latest FDA Warning Letters

FDA has posted its latest batch of Warning Letters that includes one medical product company. It can be accessed by clicking on the link following each letter.

Taiwan Biotech Company, Taiwan, Republic of China (5/31): FDA inspected the firm’s drug manufacturing facility 9/2017 and cited significant GMP violations for finished pharmaceuticals. For example, the firm failed to establish an adequate system for monitoring environmental conditions in aseptic processing areas. The firm also failed to follow an adequate written testing program designed to assess the stability characteristics of drug products.
