**Henan Lihua Pharmaceutical Co**. Henan, China (6/12): FDA inspected the firm 12/2017 and cited significant GMP deviations for active pharmaceutical ingredients. For example, the firm’s quality unit failed to review and approve all appropriate quality-related documents. It also failed to maintain complete data derived from all laboratory tests conducted to ensure its drug complies with established specifications and standards.
