Latest FDA Warning Letters

FDA has posted its latest batch of Warning Letters that includes one medical product company. It can be accessed by clicking on the link following the letter.

Zhuhai United Laboratories Guangdong, China (6/27): FDA inspected the firm 9/2017 and cited significant GMP deviations for active pharmaceutical ingredients. For example, the firm failed to adequately investigate and document out-of-specification results according to a procedure. The firm’s quality unit failed to ensure that critical deviations are investigated and resolved. Additionally, the inspection raised concerns with the firm’s aseptic processing after investigators found incomplete data relating to the sterile manufacturing operations evaluated as part of the pre-approval inspection.
