# Latest FDA Warning Letters

FDA has posted its latest batch of Warning Letters. They can be accessed by clicking on the link following each letter.

**Fusion Health and Vitality**, Alpharetta, GA (5/11): FDA reviewed the company’s Web sites and determined that it sold unapproved products intended to mitigate, prevent, treat, diagnose, or cure Covid-19 in people. Fusion was told to examine its Web sites, product labels, and other labeling and promotional materials to ensure that it is not misleadingly representing its products as safe and effective for a Covid-19-related use for which they have not been approved by FDA and that Fusion does not make claims that misbrand the products. It was told to e-mail the agency describing the specific steps it has taken to prevent the recurrence of future violations. **Images Unlimited Products**, Port Jefferson Station, NY (3/20): FDA inspected the firm 8/2019 and determined that it was marketing unapproved new drugs based on product claims. FDA also cited the company for GMP violations for dietary supplements it manufacturers. For example, the quality control personnel approved and released for distribution a batch of dietary supplements that did not meet established product specifications. Additionally, it failed to prepare a batch production record every time it manufactured a batch of a dietary supplements.
