FDA has posted the 7-9/2022 potential signals of serious risks/new safety information identified by the FDA Adverse Event Reporting System. The [list](https://www.fda.gov/drugs/questions-and-answers-fdas-adverse-event-reporting-system-faers/july-september-2022-potential-signals-serious-risksnew-safety-information-identified-fda-adverse?ref=fdaweb.com) contains 16 listings involving 37 drug products. For 14 of the 16, the agency says it is evaluating the need for regulatory action. For the remaining two, the labeling was updated.
