Liebel-Flarsheim is recalling (Class 1) one lot of its Optiray Imaging Bulk Package 350 radiographic contrast agent after identifying particulate contamination that could pose serious health risks if injected. A [recall notice](https://www.fda.gov/safety/recalls-market-withdrawals-safety-alerts/liebel-flarsheim-company-llc-issues-recall-optiray-imaging-bulk-package-350-500ml-vial-nationwide?utm%5Fmedium=email&utm%5Fsource=govdelivery) says the affected lot contains particulate matter identified as polyethylene and other plastic materials, stainless steel and glass. The product is used as a contrast agent for radiographic imaging and was distributed to hospitals, imaging centers, healthcare facilities and clinics.
